Lori Ann Hopkins (Keller), of Selah, was born on August 24,1961 in Yakima to Richard Dean and Janet Frances (Davis) Hopkins. We lost our little fan with a big voice on May 30, 2017 in an extra inning battle, at Cottage In The Meadow.

Early on Lori helped her dad at Dick’s Westside Radiator, which he owned for 40+ years. Attending Ike High, she was on the bowling and golf teams, as Captain her senior year, graduating in 1979. Later she honed her swing at the Elks with her dad. Lori was a caretaker for her mom, and later, her dad. She owned a janitorial business for a brief time which was cut short by disability (R.A.). She loved sports, especially baseball. Her teams were the Seattle Mariners, Hawks, and Gonzaga. Her favorite teams were the Selah Viks and YV Pepsi Pak baseball teams, where you would see or hear her rooting.

She is survived by her companion and biggest fan, Rick A Brugnone, her sister, Patricia (Mike) Bireley, and children, Amanda (Ian) Rawnsley (30) and Kyle Williams (27). She is preceded in death by her parents, Dick (2007), Janet (2003), and 2 infant brothers, Ricky and Robby.

R.I.P. “Lor” we’ll miss you.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Brookside Funeral Home is caring for the family. Online condolences may be left for the family at www.brooksidefhc.com.
